Hello!

I'm a builder based in the Bay Area — a product leader and engineer who has spent most of my career on one question: how people communicate at work, and how software can make that better instead of noisier.

Right now that means Glue, where I'm cofounder and CEO. Glue started as a wish for an alternative to the chaos of Slack, and has grown into work chat built around structured threads — where conversations keep their context and AI agents can genuinely work alongside your team.

Before Glue I was Head of Engineering at Clearbit, and before that VP of Engineering at Cotap (later Zinc), building mobile messaging for people who don't sit at desks. I've been writing software and putting it on the internet since long before either — you can see the trail on GitHub.
